Production Machine Operator – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for running and monitoring production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation throughout each shift while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to specifications.
• Set up machines and perform basic equipment checks at the start of each shift.
• Use hand tools for minor adjustments, maintenance, and small repairs.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished products and document production data.
• Report any equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
• Coordinate with team members to meet quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Strong machine operation skills with experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of quality control practices to ensure products meet specifications.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and basic mechanical understanding for routine adjustments.
• Ability to safely use hand tools for setup, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Effective communication to report issues clearly and work with the team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial production is preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to SOPs, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
