Production Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our interior fit‑out workshop in Sharjah Industrial Area. The role oversees manufacturing, planning, installation and the project team to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers.
• Oversee workshop manufacturing, planning, installation and project coordination.
• Manage maintenance and optimal use of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure strict implementation of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings and maintain two‑way communication.
• Track and resolve critical line issues to meet internal and external customer expectations.
• Partner with Head of Projects to set budget goals and monitor financial performance.
• Prepare production plans, schedule personnel, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Review operations, resolve production problems and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Implement proper project handover procedures before go‑live dates.
• Develop and coach teams, conduct performance evaluations and promote training.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a workshop or fit‑out environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage supervisors and engineers.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to plan, schedule and control production activities.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reviews and cost control.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to staff development and continuous improvement.
