Production Manager

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing and packaging operations within the Lactam Value Stream. The role ensures safety, quality, and supply targets are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and packaging activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and ALCOA++ standards.
• Lead safety initiatives, monitor EMS/HSE adherence, conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate line clearance, in‑process checks, and documentation review with QA.
• Plan and execute production schedules, monitor OEE, yield, downtime, and material utilization.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA to guarantee material and equipment readiness.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects aimed at productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
