Production Technician – Sterile Manufacturing

About the role
The Sterile Production Technician operates and monitors sterile manufacturing equipment to produce pharmaceutical products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
Key responsibilities
- Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
- Operate equipment according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, environmental risks, and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments to prevent interruptions.
- Support investigations, audits, EHS activities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
Required profile
- Diploma or secondary school education.
- At least 2 years experience in sterile manufacturing.
- Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP principles.
Required skills
- Operation of sterile manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
- Knowledge of EMS, HSE requirements and PPE standards.
