Program / Engagement Manager - Principal

About the role

As a Principal within the CRL Practice, you will lead large‑scale transformation programs for global organisations, ensuring they modernise, upskill and future‑proof their workforce. You will combine strategic advisory, delivery discipline and coordination across multi‑vendor environments to drive day‑to‑day delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, oversee and deliver complex learning programmes with measurable impact.
• Maintain structured RAID management, resolve issues and dependencies promptly.
• Lead globally distributed teams, leveraging offshore delivery and vendor partnerships.
• Run PMO routines: status reporting, dashboards, executive summaries and health checks.
• Drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement across portfolios.
• Design and operate portfolio governance models (charters, RACI, escalation paths, MBRs/QBRs, steering committees).
• Contribute to proposals, work breakdown structures, estimates and solution documentation.
• Participate in client walkthroughs, demos and discussions as needed.

Required profile

• 15+ years of PMO leadership and digital transformation program management experience.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑country programmes from strategy to execution.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants, Grocery Retail or Automotive Retail sectors.
• Strong background in IT strategy, enterprise roadmaps and process transformation.
