Program Manager, AMET, Global Specialty Fulfillment

About the role

Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF) team is seeking a Program Manager to lead regional initiatives across Africa, the Middle East and Turkey (AMET). You will shape the future of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels, collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative, data‑driven solutions to address broad operational challenges.
• Analyze business operations from a big‑picture perspective and drive improvements across multiple teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute improvement programs.
• Enhance operational performance of each program in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of change initiatives, developing efficient project plans and monitoring outcomes.
• Contribute to broader business goals, including diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years of cross‑functional work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
