Program Manager – Network Losses (1-Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead initiatives that reduce operational losses across a large‑scale supply chain network in the UAE. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions that boost efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and operational processes.
• Analyze operational data to spot trends, root causes, and loss‑reduction opportunities.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous‑improvement projects targeting shrinkage, damages, fulfillment‑center losses, concessions and other waste streams.
• Standardize metrics, SOPs and processes across multiple markets.
• Lead implementation of operational and product solutions that eliminate losses and improve performance.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Product, Customer Service, Safety & Loss Prevention and Business teams.
• Track impact, measure results and present recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people and performance management experience.
• 1+ years in process improvement, Lean methodologies or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing projects and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights and holidays.
