Program Manager – Satellite Missions (UAE)

About the role

ICEYE is seeking a Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end satellite mission programs in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the central orchestrator across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams, ensuring successful delivery and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver satellite mission programs on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Build and maintain proactive communication with customers, handling issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop integrated program plans that align stakeholders, resources, budgets and milestones.
• Identify, manage and mitigate program risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel to Espoo (Finland) and customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex mission or program delivery.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers.
• Capability to manage budgets, schedules and risk registers effectively.
