Project Analyst – CPO Office

About the role

The Project Analyst supports the Chief Project Office (CPO) and PMO by turning raw project data into clear, decision‑ready outputs for senior management. This role focuses on construction, real estate and data‑centre projects within a fast‑moving developer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clean, well‑structured presentations on project status, performance and data‑centre initiatives for executive review.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports using MS Excel, Power BI and AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline recurring workflows.
• Review, summarize and quality‑check internal memos, approval requests and purchase orders before submission.
• Consolidate multi‑source project data into concise dashboards and executive summaries.
• Track outstanding approvals, action items and documentation, ensuring strong follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and cross‑functional partners to gather inputs for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related).
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, project controls or project analyst role within construction, real estate or data‑centre infrastructure.
• Proven ability to prepare management‑level presentations and reports.
• Experience reviewing formal business documents such as memos, approval requests and purchase orders.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Power BI dashboard creation.
• Working familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot) for analysis acceleration.
• Strong written English for clear summarisation of complex information.
