Project Manager – Fit Out (Client‑Side Experience)

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager – Fit Out to lead commercial fit‑out projects for a high‑profile client in Dubai. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from initiation to handover, covering planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and close‑out.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security) and external partners (contractors, consultants, suppliers) for seamless delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Monitor site activities for progress, quality, safety, and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management and promptly escalate issues.
• Oversee financial reporting, including budget approvals, cash‑flow monitoring, and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial fit‑out projects in construction or real estate.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations and project approval processes.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
