Project Architect – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Architect to join our Dubai office and lead the design and delivery of high‑end luxury villas. The role involves managing projects from concept through construction, ensuring that every design reflects our standards of opulence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and approve submittals, ensuring compliance with UAE building regulations.
• Utilise Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance design accuracy and collaboration.
• Maintain quality control and oversee construction phases to meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (licence/certification a plus).
• Proven experience on luxury residential projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of LEED principles and sustainable design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
