Project Controls Manager (Reporting)

About the role

The Project Controls Manager will report to the Turner & Townsend Project Controls Director and the client representative on a project level, based in Dubai, UAE. The role works in a collaborative team environment to ensure client objectives are met and to improve project performance through effective reporting and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support the project team with all planning functions, highlighting and understanding programme issues.
• Review and improve current reporting practices and outputs.
• Provide planning advice to team members and stakeholders, producing programme assurance reports.
• Produce progress reports showing variance against baselines and deliver period programme updates.
• Coordinate between clients, partners, consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the project programme and report non‑compliance.
• Assist the bidding team with planning support to meet documentation deadlines.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 9‑15 years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power & Utilities.
• Regional experience with professional consultancy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent planning and resourcing software.
• Knowledge of multiple discipline‑specific project management software tools.
