Project Engineer – UAE National

About the role

A Confidential Government Entity in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to support planning, coordination and execution of infrastructure and development projects. This role offers UAE nationals the chance to contribute to strategic government initiatives and gain exposure to large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and deliverables, and assist in risk identification and mitigation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and project updates.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
• 0‑3 years of experience in project engineering, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
