Project Finance & PPP Consultant

About the role

Rebel Infrastructure Middle East is seeking a Project Finance & PPP Consultant to join its growing Middle East team. You will work directly with senior advisors on landmark infrastructure and energy transactions across the GCC, providing hands‑on financial, commercial and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain detailed project finance models for PPP, IPP, renewable energy and other infrastructure projects.
• Perform valuation, scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess bankability and optimise financing structures.
• Support debt sizing, financing strategy development and preparation of investment cases.
• Prepare financing documents, information memorandums, teasers and coordinate transaction documentation through to financial close.
• Assist in due‑diligence reviews, including legal, technical, insurance and financial aspects.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in project finance, PPP advisory, infrastructure or energy transactions.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of building and managing complex financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
