Project Manager - AI Led Initiatives

About the role

As a Project Manager for AI‑led initiatives at SAP, you will drive high‑impact projects that help customers across the Middle East transform their businesses through SAP implementations and AI‑enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that project outcomes align with customer objectives and deliver measurable AI value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑business‑unit projects, coordinating partners and vendors.
• Shape early customer engagements by contributing to bids, proposals, delivery approaches, governance, scope and risk definitions.
• Align project outcomes with customer business goals, focusing on AI adoption and value realization.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams to deliver quality results in complex environments.
• Proactively identify, manage and de‑escalate risks, issues and escalations.
• Contribute to the evolution of regional delivery models and execution concepts.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of project management experience delivering medium‑scale, medium‑risk projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional and distributed teams using a formal project management methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and cultural awareness, with experience working across different countries.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
