Project Manager – AI‑Enabled Decision‑Support Platform

About the role

We are a fast‑moving startup building a secure, AI‑enabled decision‑support platform that fuses multi‑sensor data, geospatial layers, imagery, video and operational signals. As Project Manager you will own end‑to‑end delivery of platform and product initiatives, ensuring the solution scales reliably while establishing the processes and standards needed for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, outcomes, success metrics and release plans from MVP to iterative releases.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources and critical path.
• Run agile delivery cadence – planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives and roadmap alignment.
• Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions), change control and escalation processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional streams (platform, GIS, ML/LLM, UI, DevOps/MLOps) and align stakeholders on priorities and trade‑offs.
• Manage external partners, vendors, APIs, SDKs, data sources and model contributors.
• Support procurement, finance, legal and contracting activities, including SOW consolidation and version control.
• Assist recruiting efforts by providing role prioritisation, interview coordination and onboarding readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing software and AI programs in a product environment.
• Proven track record with agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban); PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, concise reporting and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into measurable milestones and execution plans.
