Project Manager CCTV Technology & Security Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑site CCTV replacement programme for a banking client in the UAE. The role ensures compliance with local regulatory mandates, improves the cyber posture of the surveillance system and guarantees operational continuity across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project governance, baseline scope and schedule, manage RAID logs and provide regular status reporting.
• Plan and execute multi‑site roll‑outs, coordinating site readiness, access windows and phased cut‑overs without disrupting security coverage.
• Support RFP execution, evaluate vendors, mobilise the selected supplier and monitor delivery against milestones, quality and SLAs.
• Develop design artefacts, conduct technology risk assessments and obtain security sign‑offs with the Information Security team.
• Ensure each site meets authority requirements (MCC/ADMCC, SIRA, police) and produce evidence packs of drawings, as‑builts, test results and approvals.
• Manage replacement of CCTV servers, storage and end‑of‑life cameras, configure Milestone XProtect, handle licensing and system hardening.
• Execute testing, commissioning checklists, manage punch‑lists, obtain sign‑offs and oversee smooth go‑live per site.
• Deliver comprehensive handover documentation, update asset inventories and coordinate training for BAU transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering physical security projects.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills, especially under regulatory constraints and tight site‑access windows.
• Hands‑on experience with installation, testing/commissioning and structured documentation handover.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience managing regulatory‑driven security projects and RFP/vendor evaluation processes.
