Project Manager – Construction, Aluminium & Glass Façade

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead aluminium, glass and façade projects from award through design, fabrication, installation and handover. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality delivery of landmark projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage aluminium, glass and façade projects from award to final handover.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA/QC and Site teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets and timelines to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and material submittals before execution.
• Attend client, consultant and internal meetings to discuss progress and technical issues.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Identify risks, technical challenges and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, contracting, aluminium, glass or façade industry, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of architectural aluminium systems, curtain walls, glazing and façade installation.
• Valid GCC driving licence.
