Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, and on‑site engineers to achieve project objectives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop budgets, schedules, and delivery plans in coordination with the Project Management Team.
• Monitor site activities to ensure objectives are met within the agreed timeframe and budget.
• Track and report key performance indicators, making tactical decisions on resource allocation.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Handle changes to construction or engineering scope following the client’s authority matrix.
• Prepare corrective action reports and recovery plans when projects fall behind schedule or exceed budget.
• Produce monthly summary, progress, and subcontractor performance reports for the Project Director.
• Lead Construction Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Engineers to maintain a motivated, high‑performing team.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with internal controls and client requirements.
• Promote health, safety, environment, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Oversee legal compliance with UAE federal law and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through close‑out.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to proactively resolve issues and drive projects toward successful completion.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and statutory requirements.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
