Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead landscaping and construction projects from concept to completion. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Manage and direct designers, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimise project delivery.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and control project budgets, approve purchase orders, and track expenses.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide transparent communication and regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure all regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate multiple work streams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
