Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from conception through delivery. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet QHSE standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate resources, manage risks, opportunities, and changes to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee contract payments, financial close‑out, and provide timely feedback.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and management issues.
• Monitor project scope progress, report status to stakeholders, and identify risks and issues.
• Ensure internal and external reporting is accurate and punctual.
• Support sales and marketing teams in bid proposal activities.
• Contribute to people development in collaboration with HR and project departments.
• Drive client satisfaction and promote long‑term relationships for repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Background in mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation, or process engineering is preferred.
