Project Manager – ERP Implementation

About the role

Algorithms Software is looking for a dynamic, client‑focused ERP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployments of its construction management platform, Xpedeon. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through planning, execution, go‑live, and handover.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, infrastructure, functional, support) to meet project objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project plans, reports, dashboards, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Schedule and prepare meetings, draft presentations, and produce minutes of meetings promptly.
• Track and follow up on internal and external action items, ensuring accountability.
• Monitor commercial health, billing milestones, payments, and cost control, escalating risks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong ERP implementation experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage project risks and commercial performance.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
