Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial fire protection systems. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction across construction and high‑hazard environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and hand over fire protection projects from inception to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and plans aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and site installation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress reports and managing change requests.
• Secure and manage all necessary permits, documentation, and certifications.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and overall project performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in fire protection, construction, or industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection, suppression, alarm, and emergency shutdown systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as P&IDs and engineering standards.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and drive accountability.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
