Project Manager – Hospitality ERP Integration

About the role

The Project Manager will lead complex technical implementations for hospitality clients in Dubai, focusing on integrating enterprise resource planning systems and guest‑facing technologies. The role is on‑site and requires full‑time dedication for the project duration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of enterprise‑grade cloud resource planning platforms.
• Oversee technical implementations for property management, point‑of‑sale and other hospitality‑specific systems.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems.
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments and resolve integration challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing integrations for Oracle Fusion platforms.
• Proven track record with hospitality software ecosystems (PMS, POS, service systems).
• Professional experience in technical project management within IT or systems integration.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the client location.
