Project Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with an architectural background to lead hospitality development projects across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering new hotel builds, renovations and fit‑outs while upholding Millennium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel development and renovation projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, contractors and hotel owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables and overall progress.
• Review architectural drawings, technical submissions, material specifications and shop drawings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and brand standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and compliance.
• Handle design changes, value engineering proposals and technical solutions.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical proposals and contractor submissions.
• Prepare RFPs, manage tendering, bidding and quotation evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, architecture or hospitality development.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• PMP certification or progress toward PMP is a plus.
