Project Manager - Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with an architectural background to lead hotel development, renovation and fit‑out projects across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves ensuring each project meets Millennium brand standards, stays on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hospitality development and renovation projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and hotel owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables and overall progress.
• Review architectural drawings, technical submissions, material specifications and shop drawings.
• Identify project risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and Millennium brand standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality, progress and compliance.
• Coordinate design changes, value‑engineering proposals and technical solutions.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing technical proposals and contractor submissions.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Participate in RFP preparation, tendering, bidding and quotation evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 3‑6 years of experience in project management, architecture or hospitality development.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
