Project Manager – Hybrid (UAE)

About the role

Fimple is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international banking and fintech projects from initiation through go‑live. The role is client‑facing, requiring strong communication in English and the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Business, Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure and external vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison between Fimple, customers, partners and third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or software implementation projects.
• Background in banking, financial services, fintech or banking technology.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Required skills

• Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing and release processes.
• Stakeholder management across business, technology and external vendor groups.
