Project Manager

About the role

Earth Hotels is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of its development projects from concept to hand‑over. You will balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring projects meet design vision, quality standards, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of assigned projects across all delivery phases.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Identify risks, constraints and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee transition between design, procurement, construction and operational hand‑over.
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews and approvals.
• Support quality assurance during construction and fit‑out.
• Track budgets, expenditures, procurement activities and commercial commitments.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, registers and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory and company requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex development or construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and risk‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to step into coordination tasks when needed.
