Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and submit project execution strategy, create detailed schedules with milestones, and obtain client‑approved drawings.
• Coordinate with finance to prepare and approve ACE, and work with HR to recruit and organize the project team.
• Evaluate and select sub‑contractors, manage resource mobilization, soil testing, site assessments, and procurement.
• Oversee project execution, material logistics, and on‑site activities, monitoring progress against schedule, budget, quality and safety manuals.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor NCRs and LTI, and lead weekly project review meetings using SPI, CPI and Earned Value Management metrics.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and internal teams, and support social awareness programs for local communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality and health‑safety standards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, negotiate with sub‑contractors, and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
