Project Manager

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple industrial construction projects across the region. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Foster productive relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop, approve, and manage project budgets and quarterly revenue targets.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within agreed schedules and budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and approve detailed project plans and schedules.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Monitor progress, report to stakeholders, and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Obtain Taking‑Over Certificates (TOC) and final statements of account.
• Hand over completed projects to maintenance teams, securing zero‑leakage approval.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Professional certifications: PMP, LEED Green Associate, IOSH.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• LEED Green Associate certification.
• IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
