Project Manager – Joinery Projects

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the fit‑out phase of joinery projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, supporting the project team from design development through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and construction process for joinery projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Lead design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budget constraints.
• Oversee project teams to ensure contractor designs comply with contract terms.
• Administer complex contracts, monitoring contractor and consultant compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to track progress, quality and safety.
• Ensure all work complies with specifications, standards, health & safety and environmental policies.
• Support procurement activities, from tender documentation to contract award and client reporting.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for the General Manager as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering joinery projects in commercial or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager within the joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and processes.
