Project Manager – Luxury Branded Villas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong real‑estate developer background to lead the delivery of luxury, high‑end branded villas in Dubai. The role covers the full project lifecycle from design development through construction to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including design, planning, construction, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal development teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and construction progress.
• Ensure premium quality standards, branded residence compliance, and conduct risk management, inspections, snagging and final handover.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of project management experience in real‑estate development, specifically luxury villas or high‑end residential projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in contractor and consultant management, budget control and project delivery.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
