Project Manager – Luxury Fit‑Outs for Events & Retail Pop‑Ups

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury fit‑out projects for high‑end events and retail pop‑ups. You will translate creative concepts from prestigious brands into flawless, buildable environments while ensuring the highest standards of quality and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end interior fit‑out and retail projects from initiation through handover.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate materials and site execution, acting as the primary client liaison.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Production, Procurement, Estimation, Logistics) to meet project timelines.
• Review design drawings and construction documents, raise RFIs, and monitor progress to mitigate risks.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews, ensuring compliance with drawings, RAMS and HSE procedures.
• Prepare project trackers, schedules, snag lists, reports and handover documentation.
• Control budgets, variations and resources to drive profitability and prevent rework.
• Ensure all workmanship and materials meet A3 Designs quality standards and oversee final snag clearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in luxury, fashion or retail fit‑outs.
• Proven ability to manage full project cycles under pressure.
• Strong leadership, coordination and client‑facing skills.
• Excellent risk identification and corrective action implementation.
