Project Manager – Media Technology (Middle East)

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead global broadcast and media technology projects, coordinating internal experts, consultants and system architects to deliver complex technical solutions. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget and meet quality standards while maintaining close communication with customers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and document technology transformation and infrastructure projects in media, IT and entertainment.
• Define and achieve project goals regarding time, cost and quality.
• Lead project communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and technology integration teams for commercial and organisational handling.
• Assemble and lead internal and external project teams.
• Maintain project management tools (BlueAnt) and ERP system (AP+) for reporting.
• Create, update and file project documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.

Required profile

• Completed technical studies or comparable training.
• Extensive experience in technology projects and project management.
• Project‑management certifications (e.g., GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) are desired.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, ITIL and VOB is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

• BlueAnt project‑management software.
• AP+ ERP reporting system.
• Microsoft Project.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Familiarity with PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2, ITIL, VOB frameworks.
