Project Manager – Multi‑disciplinary Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, from concept through commissioning and hand‑over. The role involves overseeing new plant construction, facility upgrades, and modifications while ensuring compliance with shareholder guidelines and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input during proposal and concept development, coordinating design, material specifications and procurement.
• Manage tendering processes, contracts and external consultants, ensuring adherence to codes, practices and standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases, from initiation to commissioning, monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
• Supervise multinational contractors, enforce HSE requirements, and control schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Participate in company‑wide committees, offering expertise and guiding strategic project decisions.
• Develop work programmes, terms of reference, project standards and procedures, and oversee pre‑qualification of bidders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration and HSE compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and interact with external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
