Project Manager – Multi‑Disciplinary Engineering Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and hand‑over of large, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, ranging from new plant construction to modifications of existing facilities. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with shareholder guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input during proposal and concept development, coordinating design and material specifications.
• Manage procurement, tendering and contract negotiations with external parties.
• Supervise Project Management Consultants and ensure effective site supervision and project administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, from initiation to commissioning.
• Oversee multinational contractors, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and project objectives.
• Participate in company committees, offering expertise and guiding discussions.
• Develop work programmes, terms of reference, project standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and HSE requirements.
• Capability to supervise consultants and contractors and report progress to senior management.
