Project Manager – PMC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and scopes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to align objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement, resource allocation and subcontractor management.
• Lead the project team, assign tasks and ensure efficient execution.
• Apply best‑practice project management methodologies, quality control and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years of project management in the UAE.
• Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects under tight deadlines.
