Project Manager - Product Implementation

About the role

AppliedAI, an AI technology company based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a skilled, proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of Opus deployment projects for its clients. This is a full-time, on-site, customer-facing role in which you define and lead strategic initiatives with multi-variable challenges and significant business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of assigned projects: scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Build detailed project plans, RAID logs and daily/weekly reports, and set up governance cadence such as stand-ups, steering committees and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams so dependencies are managed and deliverables are met, tracking health through KPIs and milestones.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for client project teams, run discovery sessions to define use cases, and partner with clients after deployment to find more value.
• Manage expectations, budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions and approvals, and support UAT, training and enablement.
• Identify risks and blockers, control scope creep through change control, and keep documentation clear and up to date.
• Work with Product and Engineering to improve delivery workflows, share lessons learned, mentor project coordinators or analysts, and help with resource planning.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of experience in project management, delivery, consulting or programme coordination.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, data or process-automation projects.
• Nice to have: enterprise implementation or workflow automation experience, Agile and Waterfall familiarity, consulting or customer success background, and ability to read basic technical documentation or understand API/SaaS integrations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence and Gantt tools.
• Experience running project governance: stand-ups, sprint cycles, retros and steering committees.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or ScrumMaster certification is an advantage but not required.
