Project Manager / Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our partner success team in the UAE. The role will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and strong customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure partners deliver projects successfully and provide value to customers.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with delivery, support, product and cloud teams to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly and manage escalations.
• Communicate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.
• Collaborate with training and enablement teams to assess partner readiness and alignment.
• Support partners through training, guidance and shadowing opportunities.
• Track project results, common issues and partner readiness metrics.
• Help create standard processes, guides and best‑practice documentation for partner success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in delivery support, partner‑facing operations, customer success or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Experience with project tracking or ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow or Zendesk.
