Project Manager Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Scrum Master to lead and drive banking projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining high quality standards while adhering to corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects end‑to‑end, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and apply effective project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and align projects with organisational strategies.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks, issues and challenges, proposing solutions and seeking management support when needed.
• Analyse existing project management processes, pinpoint repetitive issues and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation across teams and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, code of conduct and relevant regulations to protect customer interests and the bank’s reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Banking, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience managing banking projects, including execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot risks and devise solutions.
• Familiarity with project management responsibilities and processes.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of project management tools.
