Project Manager Scrum Master (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Scrum Master capabilities to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of website and mobile application projects. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with designers, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure high‑quality, on‑time releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead web and mobile app development projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
• Coordinate UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA engineers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Track progress using Jira, Asana or ClickUp.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience focused on websites and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to manage distributed/remote teams.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
