Project Manager – Security ELV Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of security ELV projects, including CCTV, access control and AI‑enhanced surveillance solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company during implementation of security ELV projects and define functional specifications in collaboration with clients.
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as SOW, project plans, procurement plans, cost forecasts, monthly reports and manpower histograms.
• Conduct site surveys, produce assessment reports and recommend suitable security solutions.
• Coordinate daily tasks, monitor team attendance and ensure site coordination and quality control.
• Track invoicing, collections and ensure timely submission of all project reports.
• Align with clients on new requirements, plan procurement and develop new business inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or IT Engineering.
• PMP certification preferred; SIRA and MCC certifications are a plus.
• 3‑4 years of project management or maintenance management experience.
• 5‑8 years of experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS) and AI‑based surveillance technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ELV system integration and vendor management.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and ability to conduct risk assessments.
