Project Manager - Villa Fit-Out

About the role

A project manager with specialised expertise in villa fit-out projects in the UAE is sought. Key responsibilities

• Oversee villa fit-outs in line with design specifications and client requirements
• Monitor project finances and keep costs under control without compromising quality
• Track milestones and deliverables so projects finish on schedule
• Maintain open communication with clients, suppliers, designers and contractors
• Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and quality
• Lead the project team, clarify roles and foster collaboration
• Identify risks early and put mitigation strategies in place
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations and industry standards
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors for materials and services
• Cultivate client relationships so their vision is met or exceeded

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in villa fit-out projects in the UAE; the poster also asks for 5+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage luxury villa fit-outs from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes for luxury villas
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
