Project Manager - Villa Master Plan Developments

About the role

An experienced Project Manager is sought to join a real estate developer's team, with a strong background in villa master plan developments. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale residential developments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead villa master plan developments from planning and design through construction and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and put mitigation measures in place.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and regulations.
• Drive timely delivery while keeping quality and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a real estate developer or property development company.
• Direct experience in villa master plan developments is required.
• Strong knowledge of residential development, construction processes, project controls and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE development experience is highly preferred.
