Sales Manager - Real Estate, Dubai

About the role

York Towers, the development arm of the York Holding Group and an exclusive developer of luxury real estate worldwide, is looking for a results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager for its Dubai branch. The position is full-time and on-site, reporting to the Head of Sales, and involves leading a team of sales agents who guide local and international clients through real estate investment opportunities in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach the Dubai sales team to meet targets and help agents close high-value deals
• Track team KPIs (calls, conversions, meetings, contracts), distribute leads and submit periodic performance reports
• Coordinate with the Head of Sales and the main office in Georgia on pricing, inventory and new project launches
• Build relationships with investors, brokers and channel partners, and represent the company at exhibitions and roadshows
• Take part in hiring sales agents and ensure the branch complies with RERA, DLD and UAE real estate regulations

Required profile

• 5+ years in real estate sales, including 2+ years in a sales management role with a proven UAE track record
• Deep understanding of off-plan and ready property sales and cross-border investment dynamics
• Fluent English and Arabic

Required skills

• Valid RERA/DLD certification is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
