Customer Service Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Oia Properties is a real estate agency operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, specialising in the sale and resale of residential properties in the secondary market. It is looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support, handle client inquiries and ensure a smooth, positive experience for clients. The position is in person.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels, and assist clients promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates, and handle complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information on company services, processes and property-related matters, and follow up until concerns are resolved.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and clients for property viewings and documentation, and arrange viewings for potential tenants and buyers with owners or landlords.
• Work with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-ups, and stay updated on market trends, availability and pricing.
• Handle administrative and customer-related tasks and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations or a similar role is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English, and good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms such as Property Finder.
