Project Sales - Lighting Sector

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Project Sales professional in Dubai for the lighting sector. The role covers client acquisition, sales management, project coordination and reporting, with a focus on building relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and end-users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities in the lighting sector and build lasting relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and end-users.
• Promote and sell lighting solutions tailored to project requirements, preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery, and handle client inquiries and issues.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market demand, and give recommendations for product development and business strategy.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, keep accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
