Projects Manager

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead the planning, design, execution and delivery of multiple development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Supervision, the role coordinates internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of project development from concept design through construction and handover.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables and reporting for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Review architectural, structural, civil and MEP designs for compliance with objectives and standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical, commercial and operational issues, and manage risks.
• Ensure projects meet approved budgets, timelines, quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee consultants' and contractors' performance against KPIs and contracts.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Lead coordination meetings, support tender evaluations and manage project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Professional certification such as PMP preferred.
• Minimum 25 years of progressive project management experience in real‑estate development, construction or consultancy.
• Extensive UAE experience on large‑scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use and master‑planned developments.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑million to multi‑billion AED projects.
• Strong experience working with developers, consultants, PMCs, contractors and government authorities.
