Property Consultant

About the role

Driven Properties, a real estate brokerage in Dubai and the only firm in the Middle East invited to join Forbes Global Properties, is hiring a Property Consultant. You will guide clients through buying, selling, leasing or investing in Dubai's property market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and service.
• Manage property viewings, client communications and inquiries.
• Negotiate and close deals while delivering an excellent client experience.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities and the legal aspects of transactions.

Required profile

• Proven real estate sales experience; at least 1 year in the UAE market preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social media platforms.
