Property & Investment Consultant (European) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property & Investment Consultant (European) to join our Dubai‑based brokerage. You will work with investors and end‑users, guiding them through off‑plan and secondary property purchases and helping them achieve strong returns in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector, preferably luxury.
• Strong investment mindset and understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated with ability to generate business independently.
